Select Districts
Caution! Districts in California vary greatly in composition, geography, and demographics. When comparing them it is important to recognize these differences. For more information, see A Caution about Comparisons.

This section allows you to compare districts throughout the state that rank highest or lowest for the factors you choose. Use the pull-down boxes below to select how wide you want your search to be (statewide, only within the county, only within the district, etc.) and the district type. Next choose what you want to find the top or bottom of, and how many values from the top or bottom. For example, “find High School Districts in the state with the 10 lowest expenditures per ADA.”

"Click to Compare" for an automatic report that includes the criteria you selected, or scroll down to "Results Selection" to customize your report.

Note: grayed out items in the Comparison Results Selection area indicate data that is not available for the year you have selected. Trying to select these items will produce a message that they are not available.

In the most current year, missing data elements will be added as they become available. To see prior year data for these items, switch to the comparison report for the previous year.
